To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our policies below. ⸻ ⭐️ Soak-Off Policy We do not remove or soak off work from other nail artists. Please arrive at your appointment with bare nails or ensure any previous nail enhancements are removed beforehand. If this policy is not followed, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply. This policy ensures your service time runs smoothly and avoids complications with unfamiliar products. Thank you for understanding! ⸻ ⭐️ Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Life happens, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. We appreciate your respect for our time and the time of other clients. ⸻ ⭐️ Late Policy Punctuality is essential to ensure the best experience for every client. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply. • Please arrive on time to avoid the inconvenience of rescheduling or cancellation. Please plan accordingly to ensure we stay on schedule. ⸻ ⭐️ Card on File Policy To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file. • Your card will not be charged unless a cancellation or no-show occurs in violation of our policies. • Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. This policy ensures fairness and helps us maintain availability for all clients. Your information is stored securely and processed through a trusted payment system. ⸻ ⭐️ Nail Art Appointments We love creating custom nail art for our clients! To make sure we have enough time to perfect your design: • Select the “Nail Art” add-on when booking your appointment to allow extra time. • If you’re unsure which add-on to choose, feel free to contact us beforehand for assistance. Booking correctly ensures the best experience for you and helps prevent delays for other clients. ⸻ ‼️ Failure to Meet Policies Appointments that do not follow these policies will be marked as no-shows and charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellation Policy
To best serve my clients I require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot.
To ensure the cancellation policy is upheld, a credit card is required to book any appointment. This credit card will remain on file for all future appointments. Cancellations made within 12-24 hour notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value.
No Call/No Shows or those cancelling within 12hrs of your appointment will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment value.
Please note that there is a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes past your appointment there will be a late fee of $25 added to your service.
If you are more than 25 minutes late you will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service.
Anything more than the 15 minute grace period is at my discretion dependent on scheduling.
