Please arrive at your appointment with bare nails or ensure any previous nail enhancements are removed beforehand. If this policy is not followed, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply. This policy ensures your service time runs smoothly and avoids complications with unfamiliar products. Thank you for understanding! ⸻ ⭐️ Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Life happens, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. POLISH & CO — Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. * 12–24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service total will be charged. * Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the service total will be charged. * Late arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged 100%. A valid card is required to book and will be kept on file for policy enforcement.
